Beautiful, newly constructed next-door cabins within walking distance to Town of Boone. Location can't be beat and you're still very secluded. All the amenities of staying in town and the peace/quiet/long-range views as if you were 30 mins into the mountains. Each cabin comes w/ hot tub, wood fireplace, rec room, etc. 1 cabin sleeps 12, the other sleeps 8. Between the 2, there are 8 BRs, 10 beds and ~ 4 acres of privacy. Don't miss this unique opportunity to host your family/friend trip!

June 2025 5.00This house/cabin is hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at in Boone—possibly anywhere! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything was. The attention to detail was incredible, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect—tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet, but still just a short drive from town, restaurants, and all the local attractions. Very, bery close to App State. It was the ideal balance of convenience and seclusion. The cabin itself had so many activities and thoughtful touches that we didn’t even need to leave to have a great time. Whether you’re into arcade games, board games, outdoor fun, or just relaxing with a cup of coffee on the porch, this place has something for everyone. There was plenty of room for our whole group to spread out and be comfortable. Tyler is an outstanding host and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here next year. Thank you Tyler!!!

January 2025 4.00You NEED 4 wheel drive during the winter. This is not a suggestion, this is needed. During your stay at these two locations you need to bring shovels and sand to get to and from the houses. Yes they do plow the lower roads but not the pitched slippery driveway you have to take to get to each of these homes. Beautiful homes and locations and the owners were easy to work with but you NEED 4 wheel drive during the winter. On a lighter note, you need coffee pods because no coffee pot.

December 2024 5.00This rental was perfect for our multiple family trip. The houses were easy to go back and forth, and were well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the views from the houses and the families of deer that love to enjoy the hillside and creek. All that and the close proximity to downtown was amazing! The driveway would be a concern if snow or ice, but fortunately no issues for us. Tyler was very easy to communicate with during the entire process. Thank you Tyler for a great vacation!

December 2024 4.001st off the cabins are beautiful! We had enough space for everyone in each cabin. The cabins are located in a good area not far from restaurants and grocery stores. There were so many deer to see! They aren't afraid of people or noise. If you come during the winter time is definitely important to travel with kitty litter or snow melt bc there is an incline to getting to the cabins. 4 wheel drive is needed but if your vehicle has some function for inclines you should be fine. Overall our stay was a good one! Boone is a pretty, mountainous area.

November 2024 5.00These two homes were perfect for our cousin trip to Boone. They are about 100 yards away from each other with plenty of room for parking and ample space in each house. The instructions for the homes were very helpful, everything was clean when we arrived and Tyler was responsive to our questions. We had a little trouble getting up the driveway in the snow so recommend bringing a 4WD/AWD vehicle if you’re expecting winter weather. We walked into Boone several times which was great. The walk back is uphill the whole way but we appreciated having a walking option vs. having to drive everywhere. All around great experience!

We are so thankful for his proactiveness in enabling our family to still use the house and all the flexibility, guidance and support he provided us in ensuring our brother’s wedding was still special. The house was stunning and the stay one for the books.
