Secluded Cabin .7mi to Boone w/Mountain View

Would definitely recommend great home very close to downtown. But felt far away

Tyler's cabin worked out great for our two families. It's very close to App State and downtown Boone but the road to the cabin is very steep. The cabin and the beds were very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed playing darts.

Perfect cabin in Boone. Modern amenities but with a cozy rustic feel. Great fireplace. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Tyler was a gracious host and communicated quickly. We saw a family of dear right out the window on our last morning. They looked delicious. I recommend this property.

Tyler was very accommodating on short notice. His place is an ideal escape in the mountains, but still close to downtown. He even had the hot tub warmed up for us on arrival.

The house was just as described and close to King St in Boone. We enjoyed the time with family and getting our Christmas tree. The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed the games and the hot tub. Tyler was great and gave very detailed information about the house which was great and quickly responded with a question we had. Great spot, look forward to going back again!

This is a great location: walking distance to Boone, but tucked away in the woods. Very quiet and peaceful. The home is comfortable and spacious. We loved the large, south facing deck, and the hot tub.

We had a great stay!! The house is comfortable, well-stocked and luxe :) It's a great house for families. The deck is wonderful. We spent a lot of time enjoying the views there. We would absolutely book Tyler's place again.

The cabin is secluded but close enough to walk to downtown Boone. (hill is a challenge but doable) The deck is the best feature with a beautiful view and plenty of wildlife to see. I thoroughly enjoyed watching a doe and her baby fawn nearly every day. The fire table on the deck is very nice and the hot tub below was also nice.

This cabin is a terrific value. Although close to town, you feel as if you are out in the woods all by yourself. The master bedroom suite is large and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. The front porch is a great place to hang out! We loved our stay.

The house was great, tucked away in a fantastic area. Really good amenities and a deep clean would take it to the next level. As is typical in cabins, insulation is minimal so keep that in mind re: a bit of noise on the first floor. Appreciated the prompt communication from the host.

Beautiful spot with great proximity to Boone and App State. It was a little chillier out than anticipated so the hot tub, video games and fireplace were big hits. Will definitely visit again.

Tyler’s house was beautiful and secluded yet minutes from downtown Boone with lots of great shops and food. The house had great amenities and was well stocked. Great get away!

We had such a great stay at this cabin! Tyler was such a grea host. He was a pleasure to communicate with and was very helpful and accommodating with our requests. You actually feel like you are welcomed into the home and encouraged to use all the amenities. The house was well decorated and very funciona. We are already planning our next trip back! Would highly recommend staying here.

We spent three nights over MLK weekend and enjoyed everything. Tyler is a great host and very responsive. Great location and cabin.

Loved the cabin! So close to town, but felt like we were in a secluded mountain setting, deer everywhere! Such a comfortable home, very well thought out and put together. So nice to have a pet friendly home this nice. Tyler was super responsive. If they will have us again, I would stay in a heartbeat! This experience helped make the decision for my son to attend App State next year very easy...now he wants to live in the mountains rather than on campus!

The cabin is in a perfect location. It is quiet with great views yet super close to Boone. The cabin was perfect for our annual “Framily” vacation. It was fully stocked, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Had a great time, beautiful cabin/ house. Enough room for all 8 of us but still felt cozy/ homey. Beautiful view way up in the mountains, family loved the shuffle board game and hot tub. Easy to get to downtown Boon/ Blowing Rock. We went sking/ snow boarding at Suger Mountain kids had a blast.

Tyler's home was very comfy, felt like home. Check-in was super easy. Tyler sent instructions on how to use everything on the property. Most places have hot tubs and fireplaces but you get the feeling they don't really want you to use them, but he provided instructions for use on all his amenities and that was very helpful. The home was clean and well stocked with all the extras. All of the beds were very comfortable with good quality linens. We had everything we needed for our stay. Tyler even went above and beyond with a Christmas tree in the living room...what a nice touch! I would highly recommend Tyler's home for your next visit to Boone!

Had a wonderful time in Boone at Tyler’s home!! The place is open, beautiful, the views is gorgeous. The layout is great if you are traveling with kids or a group. It gives everyone space. The home is a couple of minutes away from downtown Boone but you don’t feel how central it is when you enjoying it. It’s quiet and peaceful, surrounded by woods and wildlife. It’s the little things, but I very much appreciated the (true) black out blinds. There is nothing like getting a little extra sleep on vaca!! Thank you Tyler!!

Awesome home in a prime location in Boone! Close to campus but still felt super secluded. We had an awesome long weekend and appreciated Tyler being so flexible with check in since we were traveling with little ones. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The place was great. Tyler was responsive. Only issues was that the side door (primary entrance) light not working, which would not have been an issue if it wasn’t super dark at night; and some of the amenities were lacking. This did not diminish the overall experience and awesomeness of Tyler’s property!

This was the perfect Airbnb for our annual trip to Boone! You feel like you have your own space but really close to town! Tyler was an awesome host and always available if I had questions!

This was the perfect stay for our family visit! The location is ideal, close to everything but feels like a mountain getaway! We really loved the deck space and the open kitchen so we could have a family meal and watch football game. We will definitely be back!

We were there for our daughter's wedding and did not get to spend a lot of time there but it is a very nice place and very clean. Tyler sent extensive instructions for check-in and I had to message him a couple of times and he had very timely responses. Very nice stay.

Such a great location as we were there for a cycling event that started downtown Boone. The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was perfect for our sore tired bodies after hiking and cycling. The deck was so nice and peaceful for morning coffee and evening drinks - what a treat!

This home is a hidden gem, literally 4 minutes drive to Mast General Store but with a beautiful view. The home was clean and welcoming, the beds were comfortable and the view from the hot tub was beautiful. We enjoyed the large deck for morning coffee and nightly fires at the fire table. The location is amazing; we were able to get downtown quickly and it was a short drive to the blue ridge parkway and many trails. Tyler responded quickly to the few questions we had. We will definitely rent this home again.

If you are looking for a spacious home with a nice view that is easily accessible to all the activities in downtown Boone, this place is it. Lots of room inside and out and many venues to enjoy. We liked hanging out on the covered deck, the fire pit table, hot-tub, and games inside and out. Tyler was easy to communicate with. A great long weekend stay for sure!

From the minute we drove up, the house was breathtaking! Beautiful! Clean! Roomy! I regret not booking an extra night! I didn’t want to leave! We felt like we were home! Thank you so much! We look forward to going again next year! Tyler has great suggestions on things to do, and we were planning on doing them, but the house was so amazing & fun , that we stayed in! Don’t hesitate, this is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at!

Had a great stay. Cabin was hidden in the trees. Had a great view of the mountain top across the valley. The hot tub was just what we needed. Cabin was to close to downtown Boone, but didn't feel like it. Highly recommend.

Tyler’s house was the perfect house to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from App State. The location is super close to King Street but you are also in a beautiful wooded setting. The best of both worlds. The house is stocked, clean and very accommodating. We enjoyed the porch and the fire table. We will definitely rent this house again!

This place is in a great location. Super comfortable for everyone involved. Three of the four bedrooms have smart TV's which is really nice. The living room is super cozy and the shuffleboard table was so fun to have. All the amenities were great. We had a small hiccup with the microwave and the front door, which were both broken by previous guests, but Tyler was very respectful in letting us know beforehand.

Our group of 6 loved the space and the location. We were easy to get in and out of town as well as to Beech and Sugar Mountain for a couple days skiing. The kitchen and common areas were more than comfortable for our group and for enjoying our time together. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were! Thanks for having us!
